人力资本理论下高素质农民助力乡村体育人才振兴:优势、困境及路径研究

摘　　要：为全面推动高素质农民参与带动农民文化体育活动,展现农民在乡村体育的主体地位,缓解乡村本土体育人才造血能力不足的压力,采用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,从人力资本视角,分析高素质农民助力乡村体育人才振兴的优势所在,解决高素质农民助力乡村体育人才振兴的现实困境,提出高素质农民助力乡村体育人才振兴的基本路径。主要结论:高素质农民强大的乡村示范效应奠定乡村体育人才发展地位、高素质农民群体浓厚的乡情提升乡村体育人才发展质量、高素质农民群体优良的身体健康状况支撑乡村体育人才发展基础。但高素质农民还存在体育知识水平羸弱限制体育人才提升、体育组织技能薄弱制约体育人才地位提升、体育文化视野狭窄削弱体育人才认知、体育消费能力单薄阻碍体育人才创新等现实难题,严重地制约高素质农民体育人力资本的全面提升。建议从场景教育促进体育知识累积、体育培训提升体育组织技能、信息投资拓展体育文化视野及生产性加薪提高体育消费能力等创建高素质农民体育人力资本提升的基本路径,从而助力乡村体育人才振兴。To improve the competency of high-quality farmers participating in rural sport activities,show the dominant role of farmers in rural sport activities,and alleviate the reality of inadequate ability of local sport talent cultivation,it analyzes the advantages,difficulties and approaches for high-quality farmers to revitalize rural sport talents from the perspective of human capital by using the methods of literature review and logical analysis.It is concluded that the strong rural demonstration effect of high-quality farmers lays the foundation for the development of the talents;the strong rural sentiment of high-quality farmers improves the development quality of the talents;and the excellent physical health of high-quality farmers supports the foundation for the development of the talents.But the weak ability of sport knowledge,organization skills,and sport consumption of the high quality farmers restrict the promotion of rural sport talents.It is suggested that the sports human capital of high quality farmers should be improved by means of life scene education,physical training,information investment and productive pay raise.
