摘 要:【目的】针对温室大棚土壤温度的监测受外部电源供电限制及其灵敏度低等问题,设计并制备具有可持续、高稳定性自供电和高灵敏度的土壤温度传感器。【方法】通过ANSYS模拟仿真优化基于热电效应的温度传感器的基底结构、厚度和热电器件的热端面积,并采用最佳优化工艺参数,以图案化沉积高性能碲化铋基薄膜热电材料并用铜薄膜电极将其串联,获得高灵敏度的基于热电效应的温室大棚自供电土壤温度传感器。【结果】基底中间镂空结构、基底厚度越薄和热电器件热端面积越大均有利于温度传感器性能的提升。在温差为5~80 K范围内,传感器的输出电压与温差呈线性关系,其灵敏度高达5.317 mV·K^(-1)。【结论】基于热电效应的土壤温度传感器具有灵活性强和精准监测温室大棚土壤温度的能力,在农业温室大棚自供电监测土壤温度方面具有重要的应用价值。【Objective】In view of the limitation of external power supply and low sensitivity for monitoring the soil temperature in greenhouses,to design and preparation a sustainable and high-stability self-powered soil temperature sensor with high sensitivity.【Method】The architectural design and thickness of the substrate and the hot-side area of the thermoelectric device are optimized by ANSYS simulation.Using the best optimized process parameters,a highly sensitive self-powered soil temperature sensor in greenhouses based on the thermoelectric effect is achieved by patterning and depositing high-performance bismuth telluride-based thermoelectric thin-film materials and connecting them in series with copper thin-film electrodes.【Result】For hollow structures in the middle of the substrate,the thinner the substrate is,and the larger the hot-side area of the thermoelectric device is,the more beneficial they are to the improving of the performance of the temperatures sensor.The output voltage of the sensor has a linear relationship with the temperature difference in the range of 5 to 80 K,and its sensitivity is as high as 5.317 mV·K^(-1).【Conclusion】Furthermore,the soil temperature sensor based on thermoelectric effect has high flexibility and the ability to accurately monitor the soil temperature in greenhouses,which has a significant application value in self-powered monitoring soil temperature of the agricultural greenhouses.
