摘  要:以电感耦合等离子体光谱法(ICP)测定木质玩具涂层中可迁移元素镉的含量,对其测量结果进行了不确定度评估。根据GB 6675.4-2014《玩具安全第四部分:特定元素的迁移》方法,分析探讨了影响测量结果不确定度的来源因素,依据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》对测试重复性、称量误差、标准物质、容量瓶误差、测试设备、温度变化进行合成并扩展,并通过公式计算测量结果的扩展不确定度。评估结果明当包含因子k=2时,测量结果的扩展不确定度为0.0959 mg/kg。The content of migration element Cd in wooden toy coating was determined by inductively coupled plasma spectrometry(ICP).The uncertainty of the measurement results was evaluated.According to GB 6675.4-2014 Toy Safety Part IV,the source factors affecting the uncertainty of measurement results was analyzed and discussed.According to JJF 1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty,the test repeatability,weighing error,reference material,volumeter bottle error,test equipment and temperature change were synthesized and expanded.The extended uncertainty of measurement results was calculated by the formula.The evaluation results show that when the inclusion factor k=2,the extended uncertainty of the measurement results was 0.0959 mg/kg.
