摘  要:在生产氟化锂的过程中通常需要控制Ca^(2+)的含量。为了减少Ca^(2+)的含量,通常会在制备过程中加入EDTA的钠盐,但是EDTA的含量过高又会影响电解质的品质。因此,简单快速的测定EDTA的方法显得尤为重要。本文提供了一种测定LiF中残留EDTA的COD法,通过对LiF中EDTA的监控与分析来考察生产LiF的工艺中残留Ca^(2+)的含量,使用该方法测得的标准曲线的标准方差R^(2)=0.991。该法快速、简单、准确,为氟化锂产品中EDTA残留量分析提供可靠依据。In the process of producing lithium fluoride,it is usually necessary to control the content of Ca^(2+) ions.In order to reduce the content of Ca^(2+) ions,sodium salt of EDTA is usually added to control the content of Ca ions.However,the high content of EDTA will affect the quality of electrolyte.Therefore,a simple and rapid method for the determination of EDTA is particularly important.This paper provides a COD method for the determination of residual EDTA in LIF.By monitoring and analyzing EDTA in LIF,the content of residual Ca ions in the production process of LIF is investigated.The standard variance of the standard curve measured by this method is R^(2)=0.991.The method is rapid,simple and accurate,and provides a reliable basis for the determination of EDTA residues in lithium fluoride products.
