摘　　要：某石化公司240万T.A-1柴油加氢精制装置柴油产品硫含量控制不稳定,产品硫含量经常超控制指标,柴油水含量高,外观浑浊,干燥盐消耗量大。本文将从罐区原料管理、装置反冲洗过滤器管理、工艺参数调整和柴油产品调和,进行全过程分析并提出应对措施。The sulfur content control of diesel products in 2.4 million T.A-1 diesel hydrotreating unit of a petrochemical company was unstable,and the sulfur content of the products often exceeded the control index.The diesel water content was high,the appearance was muddy,and the consumption of dry salt was large.This paper analyzes the whole process from the management of raw materials in tank farm,the management of backwash filter,the adjustment of process parameters and the blending of diesel products,and puts forward countermeasures.
