摘 要:为了更好地控制大比例厂拌热再生沥青混合料的施工稳定性、均匀性及施工质量,结合阜锦高速公路路面修复养护维修工程,采用红外热成像仪设备对大比例(50%旧料掺量)厂拌热再生沥青混合料施工全过程中温度分布进行检测,通过分析沥青混合料在装料、运输、卸料、摊铺、碾压等关键工艺环节中温度离析、下降、分布情况,提出一系列保证拌和效果、控制温度离析、提高压实效果的技术措施,从而有效指导施工,为大比例厂拌热再生工程应用提供参考。In order to better control the construction stability,uniformity and construction quality of large-scale plant-mix hot recycled asphalt mixture,combined with the pavement repair and maintenance project of Fuxin-Jinzhou expressway,the temperature distribution of large-scale(50%old material content)plant-mix hot recycled asphalt mixture during the whole construction process is detected by using the infrared thermal imaging equipment.A series of technical measures to ensure the mixing effect,control temperature segregation and compaction effect improvement are put forward by analyzing the temperature segregation,decline and distribution of asphalt mixture in key process links such as loading,transportation,unloading,paving and rolling and so on,so as to effectively guide the construction and provide reference for the application of large-scale plant-mix hot recycled engineering.
