基于机构改革背景下的辽宁省普通国省干线公路工程建设程序研究

摘　　要：在国务院机构改革、职能改革的背景下,公路工程建设程序发生较大调整。在查阅国家级、省级以及相关行业相关政策、法规文件的基础上,整理出辽宁省普通国省干线公路在工可研和勘察设计两阶段的基本建设程序,供相关项目管理部门、建设单位参考。Under the background of the institutional reform and functional reform of the State Council,the procedure of highway engineering construction has been greatly adjusted.On the basis of consulting the relevant policies,documents of laws and regulations of national,provincial and relevant industries,the capital construction procedures of ordinary national and provincial trunk highways in Liaoning province in the two stages of engineering feasibility study and survey and design are sort out,so as to provide reference for relevant project management departments and construction units.
