摘　　要：在“9073”的养老发展框架下,我国近年来涌现出大批依托于社区,并有机整合机构护理功能,提供居家支援服务的小规模嵌入式养老设施,成为实现老人持续照料的有效途径。通过案例分析,结合CCRC的实践形式与持续照护特质,尝试提出嵌入型持续照护社区养老模式,并阐释其“设施单元—弹性组织—整合植入”的空间构建框架。继而,通过天津嵌入式养老的实态调研辅以数理统计分析,剖析老人实现持续照护的现实服务诉求、功能变更需要及可共享的潜力资源,并在设施类型、功能组织和配建方式层面提出空间配置策略,以期为城市老龄宜居社区建设提供思路借鉴。Issues surrounding an aging population are becoming increasingly prominent.The CCRC old-age care model from the United States provides an effective solution for continuous care of the elderly.In China,many small-scale communityembedded facilities for family support services have organically integrated nursing functions.They have become an effective way to provide continuous care for the elderly.Tianjin issued policy documents promoting innovations in community-embedded eldercare services in 2018 following Beijing,Shanghai,and other cities to cope with the challenges of elderly care.However,many problems still surround material space construction,such as room settings,spatial organization,and construction mode.Based on deep analysis of the characteristics,construction features,and experiences of CCRC,a CCRC that uses an embedded elder-care model was built in Tianjin and corresponding spatial configuration strategies and methods were proposed in this study.Firstly,three typical practice forms were summarized by reviewing the development history of CCRC at home and abroad.Based on nine CCRC,important characteristics during implementation of the continuous care philosophy include"refined facilities for services","flexible operational use",and"integrated sharing endowment model".Subsequently,the communityembedded continuous endowment model was proposed by combining the typical characteristics of CCRC and relevant practices.Meanwhile,the spatial construction framework of"facility unit-elastic organization-integrating implantation"was analyzed.Secondly,a dynamic survey on implementation of communityembedded endowment facilities in downtown areas of Tianjin was carried out.Questionnaires regarding facility preferences and the behavioral demands of the elderly were sent,which analyzed the practical needs for continuous care of the elderly comprehensively including practical service appeal,practical needs of functional changes,and potential space sharing resources.Finally,four typical facility types were proposed on the fa
