健康视角下联合办公楼通话空间设计策略初探

摘　　要：分析联合办公楼在发展过程中呈现的办公模式、空间特征和声音干扰问题,为建设良好声环境提供借鉴。通过案例调研与文献综述,归纳分析联合办公使用者对声环境的需求以及声音干扰的影响,探索声音干扰问题产生的源头与使用者交流需求之间的密切相关性。基于此,提出在联合办公楼中设置通话空间,通过这种私密交流空间来缓解使用者被动接受声音干扰的问题;进而,研究基于联合办公楼的健康声环境分析通话空间的营造策略,具体从设计思路、空间布局、建造方式、外部尺寸与隔音设置这5个方面展开设计策略内容。The interference of sound in co-working buildings was analyzed by reviewing development processes.The co-working office building is different from traditional office buildings.The overall office unit size decreases,but the shared space increases.From the perspective of office demands,the privacy and diversified demands of workers increases.Therefore,the internal space and mode of coworking buildings have changed significantly compared to those of traditional office buildings.Hence,workers in co-working buildings are more likely to suffer sound interference.With the development of coworking buildings,some buildings shift attention from fast expansion to refined development to utilize market advantages.Therefore,more attention is paid to health and comfort of workers during development of the internal space.Using a survey on the current sound environment demands of workers in co-working buildings,this research found that some workers suffered sound interference.The source of sound interference was closely related to communication demands.Sound interference also influenced some workers'demands for a healthy sound environment.This study concluded that creating a communication space can meet workers'demands for a healthy sound environment in coworking buildings.As a result,the concept of a communication space was defined according to its functions.A total of six typical cases were screened according to current development status of coworking buildings and the positive influences of the communication space were analyzed.Co-working buildings are often located in the center of a city and they are usually high-rise or ultrahigh-rise buildings,accompanied with reconstructed old buildings.According to Jones Lang LaSalle's assessment and prediction of demand for co-working buildings in China,Guangzhou and Shenzhen propose the second-highest demands of co-working buildings,bested only by Shanghai and Beijing.Guangzhou and Shenzhen are typical cities co-working buildings are located in.Hence,six representative cases of communi
