摘　　要：应激性心肌病(SC)是一种急性可逆性心力衰竭综合征,好发于绝经期女性,大多数患者在发病前遭受过心理或生理的应激刺激,临床表现与急性冠脉综合征患者相似。目前该病确切的发病机制尚未明确,可能由几个不同途径单独或协同作用导致。由于SC诊断率的逐年提升,人们对该病的认识也不断深入,本文就SC的流行病学、触发因素和易感因素、病理生理学、临床特征、诊断、治疗、预后进行综述,以提高临床对该病的认识。Stress cardiomyopathy(SC)is an acute reversible heart failure syndrome.It tends to occur in menopausal women,most patients have suffered psychological or physiological stress before onset,the clinical manifestations were similar to those of patients with acute coronary syndrome.At present,the exact pathogenesis of the disease is not clear,it may be caused by the single or synergistic action of several different pathophysiological pathways.As the diagnostic rate of SC increases year by year,people's understanding of the disease is also deepening.This paper reviews the epidemiology,trigger factors and susceptibility factors,pathophysiology,clinical characteristics,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of SC,in order to improve the clinical understanding of the disease.
