摘　　要：随着腔内血管外科的发展,大动脉疾病的治疗方式发生了显著变化,介入治疗的进步为患者带来了较多的临床获益,同时也带来了支架金属过敏的风险。对于有金属过敏史或过敏风险较高的患者,术前可以通过斑贴试验进行评估。本文总结了既往关于支架金属过敏相关不良反应的研究现状,包括以皮肤过敏反应为主要表现的血管支架金属过敏相关不良反应,汇总了金属过敏与支架内狭窄等并发症相关性的文献证据,分析了斑贴试验的意义和风险,希望能够为大血管疾病支架植入相关的临床治疗选择提供一定的参考。With the development of endovascular surgery,the treatment of aortic diseases has undergone significant changes.The progress of interventional therapy provided clinical benefits to patients,but also brought risk of stent metal allergy.Patients with a history of metal allergy or high risk of allergy can be evaluated by patch test before operation.This article summarizes the current research status of the adverse reactions related to stent metal allergy,including the adverse reactions related to vascular stent metal allergy with skin allergic reaction as the main manifestation,and summarizes the literature on the correlation between metal allergy and complications such as stent stenosis.Finally,this paper analyzes the significance and risks of patch test to provide some reference for clinical treatment options related to stent implantation in aortic diseases.
