摘  要:针对现有喷油泵试验台存在的问题,提出质量式量油装置的设计方案,对供油系统、计量系统、控制系统等进行创新,突破并掌握喷油泵各系统的关键技术,解决燃油受温度、重力等因素的影响存在测量误差的问题,提高测量精度及稳定性,实现检测过程的自动化、智能化,提高检测精度及工作效率。This article proposes a design scheme for a mass-type fuel measuring device to solve the problems existing in the existing fuel injection pump test bench.The research makes innovations in fuel supply system,metering system,control system,etc.It also breaks through and masters the key technologies of fuel injection pump systems.By solving the problem of measurement errors caused by the influence of temperature,gravity and other factors on the fuel,the author tries to improve the measurement accuracy and stability.And finally achieve the goal of realizing the automation and intelligence of the detection process,improving the detection accuracy and promoting work efficiency.
