摘 要:从低压电器领域钎焊电触头的实际生产出发,针对生产频出的不合格产品,结合超声检测和金相图进行原理分析。确定了导致产品钎着率不合格的主要原因,是触点网格状焊接面结构不利于液态钎料对母材的铺展润湿以及相互作用。试验采用4种不同焊接面结构设计的触点进行钎焊,并对电触头的外观、钎着率、金相组织和剪切强度的试验结果进行对比分析。结果表明,焊接面采用条纹状触点的焊接效果优于平面状和网格状触点,剪切强度范围达到(140.1±3.6)MPa,钎着率范围达到(95.11±3.66)%。From the actual production of brazed electrical contacts in the field of low voltage electrical apparatus,the principle is analyzed for the frequently unqualified products combined with the ultrasonic testing and metallographic diagrams.It’s determined that the major reason for the unqualified product brazing rate is that the contact grid-like welding surface structure is not conducive to the spreading,wetting and interaction of the liquid solder to the base metal.The four different welding surface structure design contacts for brazing used.After welding,the appearance,brazing rate,metallographic structure and shear strength of the electrical contacts are compared and analyzed.The results show that the welding effect of striped contacts on welding surface is better than that of flat contacts and grid contacts.The shear strength range is(140.1±3.6)MPa,and the brazing rate range is(95.11±3.66)%.
