摘  要:随着能源结构的优化调整,煤电机组由电量型电源向调节型电源转变,煤电机组参与调峰的深度和次数日益频繁,这给汽机侧设备带来了很大影响。结合各容量等级机组参与调峰及低负荷运行调研情况,针对调峰及低负荷运行对汽轮机运行、主辅机设备的影响,总结出了普遍存在的问题,如最小流量阀内漏、3号高压加热器疏水不畅、6号低压加热器水位波动、小机排汽温度高、给水泵密封性能差、轴封供汽温度不达标、无旁路机组启动难、转子寿命损耗、末级动叶风险、供热受限制等,并给出了各自的处理措施或建议供参考。With the optimization and adjustment of energy structure,the coal⁃fired power unit has changed from electric power sources to regulated power sources.The depth and frequency of coal⁃fired power unit participating in peak regulation are becoming more and more frequent,which has a great influence on the turbine⁃side equipment.Combined with the investigation of units of various capacity levels participating in peak shaving and low load operation,the impact of peak shaving and low⁃load operation on steam turbine operation and equipment has been summarized as common problems,such as internal leakage of minimum flow valve,poor drainage of No.3 high pressure heater,water level fluctuation of No.6 low pressure heater,high exhaust steam temperature of small turbine,poor sealing performance of feed pump,unqualified shaft seal steam supply temperature,difficult to start without bypass,loss of rotor life,risk of last stage moving blade,limited heat supply,etc.,and the respective treatment measures or suggestions are given for reference.
