电压互感器二次压降测试仪溯源方法研究及不确定度评定

摘　　要：为规范电压互感器(Voltage Transformer,TV)二次压降测试仪系统化溯源方法,对其溯源原理和溯源电路进行了分析研究,参照互感器校验仪溯源方法,通过互感器校验仪整检装置模拟出两路量值不同、彼此存在二次压降的电压回路构成二次压降示值,完成溯源。在互感器校验仪的额定校准点和20%额定校准点条件下对溯源误差进行了测量试验。从测量重复性、互感器校验仪整检装置、二次压降测试仪负荷、标准器在校准周期内的误差变化4个方面进行了不确定度评定,计算出合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。采用传递比较法进行了不确定度试验。试验结果表明,所提溯源方法的不确定度评定结果符合要求。最后通过重复性测量数据和扩展不确定度计算结果给出了溯源结果最佳估计值的判断,为今后制定相关计量检定规程提供了参考。In order to standardize the systematic traceability method of TV secondary voltage drop tester,the principle and circuit of traceability were analyzed.Referring to the traceability method of the transformer calibrator,two voltage circuits with different values and secondary voltage drop were simulated by the transformer calibrator calibration device to form the secondary voltage drop indication to complete the traceability.Under the condition of rated calibration point and 20%rated calibration point,the traceability error was measured.The uncertainty was evaluated from four aspects:measurement repeatability,transformer calibrator calibration device,secondary voltage drop tester load and standard error variation in calibration period.The combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated.The transfer comparison method was used to test the uncertainty.The test results show that the uncertainty evaluation results of the proposed traceability method meet the requirements.The judgment of the best estimated value of traceability results was given through the repeated measurement data and the calculation results of expanded uncertainty,which provides a reference for the development of relevant metrological verification regulations in the future.
