摘 要:高背压改造、低压缸光轴改造、低压缸零出力改造是三种典型的汽轮机排汽供热改造方式。文中给出三种典型改造实施案例的技术内容和技术特征。由性能试验得到三台实施典型改造机组改造后的最大出力和最大供热能力,以及排汽供热工况下的调峰能力。光轴改造和低压缸零出力改造对机组发电出力的影响大于高背压改造,机组热耗率高于高背压改造的机组,热化发电率小于高背压改造的机组。相同容量条件下,光轴改造和低压缸零出力改造机组的最大供热量大于高背压改造机组。改造后,由于机组最大发电出力降低,高背压和光轴改造机组的调峰能力降低,但低压缸零出力改造的机组能够灵活切换运行方式,其调峰能力大幅度提升。High back pressure retrofit,low⁃pressure(LP)cylinder smooth shaff retrofit and LP cylinder zero output retrofit are three typical steam turbine exhaust steam heating retrofit methods.The technical contents and characteristics of three typical retrofit cases are given.From performance test,the maximum output,the maximum heating capacity and the peak regulation ability under the condition of exhaust steam heating for three units with typical retrofit are obtained.The influence of smooth shaff retrofit and LP cylinder zero output retrofit on generating output of units is greater than that of high back pressure retrofit,the heat consumption rate of units is higher than that of high back pressure retrofit,and the thermoficated generating rate is lower than that of high back pressure retrofit.Under the same capacity condition,the maximum heat supply of units with smooth shaff retrofit and LP cylinder zero output retrofit is greater than that of units with high back pressure retrofit.After retrofit,due to reduction of the maximum power generation output,the peak regulation ability of the unit with high back pressure and smooth shaff retrofit is reduced.But the unit of LP cylinder zero output retrofit can switch operation mode flexibly,and its peak regulation ability is greatly improved.
