摘　　要：随着网络的飞速发展,人们对于网络信息资源的开发利用需求逐日上涨,网络信息计量学正是在这一背景下形成的一门新兴学科。该学科旨在通过研究网上信息的计量,揭示网络信息的特征、数量关系以及内在规律,最终实现网络信息资源的优化配置。近几年来,网络信息计量学的应用研究以及软件开发不断取得新成果,为科学化的网络管理工作提供了定量依据。基于此,文章将对网络信息计量学的应用及软件开发方向展开重点分析,希望对学科的深入发展具有参考价值。With the rapid development of the network, people’s demand for the development and utilization of network information resources is rising day by day. Network information metrology is a new subject formed under this background. This subject aims to reveal the characteristics, quantitative relations and internal laws of network information by studying the measurement of network information, and finally realize the optimal allocation of network information resources. In recent years, new achievements have been made in the application research and software development of network information metrology, which provides quantitative basis for scientific network management. Based on this, this paper will focus on the application of network information metrology and the direction of software development, hoping to have reference value for the further development of the discipline.
