摘　　要：目的地自助旅游服务的提升与完善,很大程度上依赖于地方公共服务及智慧旅游、全域旅游的建设与发展。在充分研究政策依据的基础上,明确了甘肃省自助旅游服务体系的构成要素,并围绕旅游核心服务、旅游信息服务、旅游保障服务、旅游便民服务等四个方面对甘肃省的主要供给主体展开实地调查与网络调查。通过对调查结果的分析与诊断,提出了从标准化建设、信息化推进、市场化演变、社会化参与四个方面优化提升甘肃省自助旅游服务的策略。The improvement and perfection of destination independent tourism services largely depend on the construction and development of local public services,smart tourism and global tourism.On the basis of sufficient research on the policy basis,this paper defines the elements of the independent tourism service system in Gansu Province,and conducts field surveys and network surveys on the main suppliers in Gansu Province from four aspects:core tourism services,tourism information services,tourism security services and tourism convenience services.Through the analysis and diagnosis of the survey results,this paper puts forward the strategies to optimize and improve the independent tourism service in Gansu Province from four aspects:standardization construction,informatization promotion,marketization evolution and social participation.
