摘　　要：文章对仙人掌多糖提取、纯化、结构表征及生物活性等方面的研究情况进行了综述,并对其未来发展方向进行了展望。In this review,the extraction,purification,structural characterization and bioactivity of polysaccharides from Opuntia dillenii Haw.were summarized.This review provides a theoretical basis for the in-depth development and utilization of the polysaccharides.
