超声检测妊娠囊与胚芽孕周关系以预测早期先兆流产结局的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道超声检测妊娠囊和胚芽孕周关系与早期先兆流产结局的相关性。方法研究对象选2020年7月至2021年6月早孕期女性311例,其中健康宫内妊娠101例作为对照组。发生先兆流产进行治疗的210例作为观察组,根据妊娠囊孕周和胚芽孕周差值关系分为A组(差值在1周内)、B组(妊娠囊孕周大于胚芽孕周1周以上)、C组(胚芽孕周大于妊娠囊孕周1周以上),保胎治疗后随访妊娠结局至孕12周;纳入孕周差值构建保胎是否成功Logistic回归方程。结果对照组和观察组妊娠结局差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。经Logistic分析,孕周差值增加是影响先兆流产妊娠结局的因素[OR=0.618,95%CI(0.545,0.702),P<0.01]。结论经阴道超声检测妊娠囊和胚芽孕周差值关系能够有效预测先兆流产结局。Objective To investigate the correlation of the relationship between gestational sac and germ and the outcome of early threatened abortion.Methods Participants selected 311 women during early pregnancy from July 2020 to June 2021,including 101 with normal intrauterine pregnancy as controls.As the observation group,210 patients treated with threatened abortion,according to the difference between gestational week and 1 week),follow-up pregnancy outcome to 12 weeks after pregnancy treatment;included in the difference around pregnancy to construct the successful Logistic regression equation.Results The pregnancy outcomes were significantly different between the control and observed groups(P<0.05).Among them,there was no statistically significant difference in pregnancy outcome in group A compared to the observed group(P>0.001),and in the B,A and observed groups(P<0.001).Increased gestational difference hinders fetal success(OR value less than 1).Conclusion The relationship between gestational sac and germ gestational difference can effectively predict the outcome of threatened abortion.
