二维超声与彩色多普勒超声动态分析艾滋病合并腹部结核患者病变的特点

摘　　要：目的分析研究二维超声与彩色多普勒超声动态分析艾滋病合并腹部结核患者病变的特点。方法选择2019年12月至2020年12月本院接收的经病理确诊的艾滋病合并腹部结核患者作为研究对象,符合纳入标准者共100例,对其临床资料展开分析,均实施二维超声与彩色多普勒超声动态检查,分析患者临床症状、艾滋病淋巴结超声特点、艾滋病脏器病变、艾滋病合并腹部结合超声特点。结果分析艾滋病合并腹部结合超声特点,合并腹部结核16例,合并肝脏结核12例,合并脾脏结核8例,合并肠道结核1例,合并泌尿道结核1例。患者临床表现为发热、腹痛、盗汗、肺结核、腹泻、淋巴结肿大。结论实施二维超声与彩色多普勒超声动态检查方法,能够直接反映出患者病变特点和变化,为临床诊治提供数据支持,并制定针对性的治疗方法,很大程度上提高了诊断水平,在临床中值得应用和推广。Objective To analyze the characteristics of lesions in AIDS patients with abdominal tuberculosis dynamically analyzed by two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound.Methods The period:December 2019 to December 2020,the patients with pathologically confirmed AIDS and abdominal TB received in our hospital were selected as the research object,in accordance with the research content,a total of 100 cases were selected,their clinical data were analyzed,two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound dynamic examination were implemented to analyze the patients′clinical symptoms,characteristics of AIDS lymph node ultrasound,organ pathology of AIDSAIDS complicated abdomen combined with ultrasound features.Results We analyzed AIDS complicated abdomen combined with ultrasound features,and combined abdominal tuberculosis(n=16),combined hepatic tuberculosis(n=12),combined splenic tuberculosis(n=8),combined intestinal tuberculosis(n=1),and combined urinary tract tuberculosis(n=1).The patient clinically presented with fever,abdominal pain,night sweats,tuberculosis,diarrhea,lymphadenopathy.Conclusion the implementation of two-dimensional ultrasound with color Doppler ultrasound dynamic examination method can directly reflect the characteristics and changes of patients′lesions,provide data support for clinical diagnosis and treatment,and develop targeted treatment,which largely improves the level of diagnosis,which is worth application and promotion in the clinic.
