摘  要:以29份寒地早粳稻为材料,采用随机区组试验设计,研究水直播下寒地水稻品质诸性状间的相互关系。主要研究结果如下:水直播下糙米率较高、精米率较高、精米粒长较短、精米粒宽较宽、精米长宽比较小的水稻种质具有相对较高的整精米率;水直播下糙米率较高水稻种质资源具有相对较低直链淀粉含量;水直播下蛋白质含量较低的水稻种质资源具有相对较高的米饭食味评分。糙米率、精米率对水直播反应较敏感的材料、垩白粒率和垩白度反应迟钝的材料,一般整精米率的反应较敏感;对精米长宽比反应敏感的材料,一般垩白度也反应较迟钝;蛋白质含量对水直播反应敏感的材料,其直链淀粉含量对水直播反应较敏感。Using 29 early japonica rice as materials,the relationship among quality characters of rice direct sowing on paddy soil in cold region was studied by random block test.The result showed that:Rice germplasm with high brown rice rate or high milled rice rate or short grain length of milled rice or wide grain width of milled rice or big ratio of length and width of milled rice under direct sowing on paddy soil had relatively higher head rice rate;rice germplasm with high brown rice rate under direct sowing on paddy soil had relatively lower amylose content;rice germplasm with low protein content under direct sowing on paddy soil had relatively higher rice taste value.Rice varieties with brown rice rate were more sensitive or milled rice rate were more sensitive or chalkiness rate and chalkiness degree were more sensitive to direct sowing on paddy soil,and their head rice rate were more sensitive to direct sowing on paddy soil;rice varieties with ratio of length and width of milled rice were more sensitive to direct sowing on paddy soil,and their chalkiness degree were more obtuse to direct sowing on paddy soil;rice varieties with protein content were more sensitive to direct sowing on paddy soil,and their amylose content were more sensitive to direct sowing on paddy soil.
