新疆博州旅游经济发展的思考和建议

摘　　要：博尔塔拉蒙古自治州地理位置优越,自然环境宜人,辖内有赛里木湖、怪石峪等著名旅游景区,但游客大都以“过站式”旅游为主,外地游客尤其是疆外游客消费较少,对旅游经济发展带动不足。本文用客观的外部视角分析了博州旅游经济的发展现状,存在的问题和不足,再从开发温泉资源、发展文化产业、构建消费闭环几个方面重点提出了“打造一个品牌,编排一场演出,构建一个闭环”的政策建议,希望博州的旅游经济能够全方位、立体化发展,让更多群众分享发展带来的红利。Bortala Mongol Autonomous Prefecture has a superior geographical location and pleasant natural en-vironment,and there are famous tourist scenic spots such as Sayram Lake and the Valleys of Exotic Rocks,but most tourists just pay a visit to them very quickly.Foreign tourists,especially tourists from the outside of Xinjiang,spend less,which is not enough to promote the development of tourism economy.This article analyzes the development status,exist-ing problems and shortcomings of tourism economy in Bortala Mongol Autonomous Prefecture from an objective exter-nal perspective.Then,from the aspects of developing hot spring resources,developing cultural industry and constructing consumption closed loop,this article puts forward the policy suggestion of“building a brand,arranging a performance and establishing a closed loop”.It is hoped that Bortala Mongol Autonomous Prefecture’s tourism economy can be devel-oped in an all-round and three-dimensional way and make more people share the dividends brought by the development.
