摘  要:随着国民经济的快速发展,我国居民的物质和文化生活水平均明显提升,文化消费在拉动经济增长、促进产业转型升级、满足人民美好生活需要等方面都发挥了重要作用,成为全社会各领域关注的热点。首先,本文通过问卷调查及实证研究,探讨了双循环背景下泰州市居民文化消费的现状、问题及原因。其次,通过数据统计和模型分析,本文研究了影响居民文化消费的主要因素,包括受教育程度、个人消费习惯、消费支出金额、文化设施场所抵达的便捷度、所在城市文化消费氛围及媒体宣传推广力度。最后,本文从长效促进机制、公共文化基础设施及配套的投入、差异性文化消费需求、新型文创产业链、城市文化新名片等方面提出了促进居民文化消费的若干对策与建议。With the rapid development of the national economy,the material and cultural living standards of Chinese residents have improved significantly.Cultural consumption has played an important role in stimulating economic growth,promoting industrial transformation and upgrading,and meeting the needs of people for a better life,and has become the focus of attention in all fi elds of society.First of all,through questionnaire surveys and empirical research,this article probes into the current situation,problems and causes of residents’cultural consumption in Taizhou City under the background of dual-circulation,and then studies the main factors affecting residents’cultural consumption through data statistics and model analysis,including the level of education,personal consumption habits,the amount of consumption expenditure,the convenience of arrival of cultural facilities,the atmosphere of cultural consumption in the city and the intensity of media promotion.Finally,the study puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote residents’cultural consumption from the aspects of long-term promotion mechanism,public cultural infrastructure and supporting investment,diff erent cultural consumption demands,new cultural industrial chain,new urban cultural card and so on.
