摘　　要：后冬奥时代,我国冰雪经济发展进入快车道,初步形成东北地区、京津冀、新疆三大区域三足鼎立格局。辽宁冰雪经济起步较晚,要发挥“暖雪、温泉、装备制造、教育培训”等比较优势,突出构建以“冰雪装备研发制造、冰雪体育运动、冰雪文化旅游、冰雪人才教育培训”为核心的特色鲜明的冰雪全产业链,打造成为东北亚冰雪温泉旅游目的地、国家冰雪装备研发和制造基地、国家冰雪论坛会展高地、国家青少年冰雪运动胜地、国家冰雪人才培养基地。In the post-Winter Olympics era,the development of China’s ice and snow economy has entered the fast-paced development,initially forming a three-dimensional pattern in the Northeast,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and Xinjiang.Liaoning’s ice and snow economy started late.It should play the comparative advantages of“warm snow,hot springs,equipment manufacturing,education and training”,etc.,highlight the“ice and snow equipment research and development in manufacturing,development of ice and snow sports and ice and snow cultural tourism,ice and snow talent education and training”as the core characteristics of ice and snow industry chain,to build a Northeast Asian ice and snow spa tourism destination,national ice and snow equipment R&D base in manufacturing,national ice and snow forum exhibition highlands,national youth ice and snow sports destination,national ice and snow talent training base.
