摘　　要：目的:分析糖尿病家族史、中心性肥胖对患糖尿病的交互作用,为开展糖尿病综合防治提供科学建议。方法:采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法,选取重庆市渝中区辖区4个街道8个社区的1043名常住居民作为研究对象。不同人群糖尿病患病率比较用χ^(2)检验,采用多因素logistic回归模型分析家族史和中心性肥胖对患糖尿病的交互作用。结果:1043名居民中,糖尿病患病率为13.33%,糖尿病患病率男性高于女性。多因素logistics回归分析结果显示,在调整不同影响因素后,与无糖尿病家族史和中心性肥胖者相比,有糖尿病家族史但无中心性肥胖者、无糖尿病家族史但有中心性肥胖者、有糖尿病家族史和中心性肥胖者均易患糖尿病。结论:糖尿病家族史和中心性肥胖是糖尿病的主要危险因素,且二者存在交互作用。OBJECTIVE To analyze the interaction of family history of diabetes and central obesity with Diabetes Mellitus,and to provide scientific suggestions for comprehensive prevention and treatment of Diabetes Mellitus.METHODS Using the multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method,1043 permanent residents from 8 communities in Yuzhong districts of Chongqing municipality were selected as the research objects.Comparison of diabetes prevalence in different populations used the 2 test and a multivariate logistics regression model to analyze the interaction of family history and central obesity on diabetes disease.RESULTS 1043 people participated in the study.The prevalence rate of diabetes was 13.33%,which was higher in males than in females.The results of multivariate regression analysis showed that after adjusting for different influencing factors,compared with no family history of diabetes and central obesity,family history of diabetes but no central Obesity,no family history of diabetes but central obesity,family history of diabetes and central obesity were all susceptible to diabetes.CONCLUSION Family history of diabetes and central obesity were independent risk factors for diabetes,and they had the synergistic effect on diabetes prevalence.
