摘　　要：目的:调查南通市游泳池水质卫生状况,为相关管理部门提供工作依据。方法:2018—2021年以南通市卫生监督所管辖区域内取得卫生许可资质的游泳馆为监测对象,共采集游泳池水样695份,对样品pH值、浑浊度、尿素、余氯等指标进行检测。结果:695份游泳池水样中,合格438份,合格率为63.02%,2018—2021年历年检测合格率呈下降趋势。各项水质检测指标中,浑浊度指标合格率最高,其他指标合格率从高到低依次为pH值、大肠菌群、尿素、菌落总数和游离性余氯,浸脚池余氯合格率最低。695份样品中,主城区共采集游泳池水样207份,合格121份,合格率为58.45%;区、县共采集游泳池水样488份,合格317份,合格率为64.96%,区域间水质样品合格率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:南通市游泳池水质总体情况良好,但发展趋势不容乐观,存在一定的卫生问题,应加强对游泳池水质的卫生监督工作力度,进一步提高游泳池的卫生状况,以保障游泳者的身体健康。OBJECTIVE To understand the water quality and sanitation status of swimming pools in Nantong from 2018 to 2021,and to provide a basis for sanitation supervision and management. METHODS 695 water samples in Nantong from 2018 to 2021 were monitored and the pH value, turbidity, urea and residual chlorine were measured and evaluated. RESULTS From 2018 to 2021, 695swimming pool waters were tested in the city, and 438 were qualified, with a pass rate of 63.02%, showing a downward trend year by year. The qualified rate of turbidity was the highest, followed by pH value, total coliform group, urea, total bacterial count, free residual chlorine, and the lowest qualified rate of residual chlorine in the foot bath was the lowest. 207 swimming pools were tested in the main urban area, 121 were qualified, and the pass rate was 58.45%;488 swimming pools were tested in the county, and 317were qualified, with a pass rate of 64.96%, and there was no statistical difference in water quality between regions( P>0.05).CONCLUSION The water quality of swimming pools in Nantong was generally good, but it was still not optimistic. There were certain hygiene problems. The hygiene supervision of swimming pools should be strengthened to further improve the hygiene conditions of swimming pools and ensure the health of swimmers.
