低制冷剂充注量的风冷冷凝器性能研究

摘　　要：以不影响冷凝器换热性能,同时减少制冷剂冲充注量为目的,对家用分体机冷凝器和竖直管降膜冷凝器进行了实验研究。实验全程在标准工况下进行,共进行9组对比实验。为叙述方便,将原机组称为标准机,将实验设计的机组称为改良机。9组分别为:R 22充注量为1050 g的标准机性能测试,R 22充注量为550 g,590 g,625 g,660 g的改良机性能测试,R 290充注量为200g,230 g,250 g,285 g的改良机性能测试。并在标准工况数据采集完毕之前进行了热像图摄取分析。For the purpose of without affecting the heat transfer performance of the condenser and reducing the amount of refrigerant charged,an experimental study was carried out on the household split unit condenser and the vertical tube falling film condenser.A total of nine groups of comparative experiments were carried out under the standard working conditions.For convenience narration,the original unit was called the standard machine,and the unit designed in this experiment was called innovated machine.9 groups were:performance test of standard machine which the filling amount of R22 is 1050 g,performance test of innovated machine which the filling amount of R22 is 550 g,590 g,625 g,and 660 g,performance test of innovated machine which the filling amount of R290 is 200 g,230 g,250 g,and 285 g.And the analysis of the thermal image was carried out before the completion of the standard working condition data collection.
