摘  要:本文对核电站内制冷系统中润滑油回路及其油位控制的功能与重要性进行了介绍与分析,并提出了目前应用的油位控制技术存在的问题。为解决传统技术在地震影响下易发生误动作意外停机的问题,提出一种新型油位控制技术。通过优化改进现有技术润滑油回路,增加缓冲油槽,配套相关控制部件,并将油位监测及控制开关设置在缓冲油槽中,有效提高系统运行的可靠性。本新型技术应用于核电站制冷系统中,同时也可为非核电项目具有相似功能要求的设计提供参考。This paper introduces and analyzes the function and importance of lubricating oil circuit and its oil level control in the refrigeration system of the nuclear power plant.And it also puts forward the problems existing in the currently applied oil level control technology.A new oil level control technology is proposed to solve the malfunction and accidental shutdown of the traditional technology under the influence of earthquake.By improving the lubricating oil circuit of the existing technology,adding buffer oil tank,supporting relevant control components,and setting the oil level monitoring and control switch in the buffer oil tank,the reliability of system operation is effectively improved.The new technology is applied to the refrigeration system of nuclear power plants,and can also provide reference for the design of nonnuclear power projects with similar functional requirements.
