摘  要:钛是20世纪50年代发展起来的一种重要的结构金属,钛合金因具有强度高、耐蚀性好、耐热性高等特点而被广泛用于各个领域。世界上许多国家都认识到钛合金TC4(Ti6Al4V)材料的重要性,相继对其进行研究开发,并得到了实际应用。本论文主要对高速钢刀具进行刀具参数优化,设计出独特4刃口刀具系统,具有调节径向半径功能,加工深海钻铤油路块圆弧形槽表面精度可达到Ra0.8,并且具有请跟作用,经过实验对比,达到加工钛合金产生高精度高效率,同时产生较小残余应力,极大降低企业成本提高利润。Titanium is an important structural metal developed in 1950s.Titanium alloy is widely used in various fields because of its high strength,good corrosion resistance and high heat resistance.Many countries in the world have recognized the importance of titanium alloy TC4(Ti6Al4V),researched and developed it one after another,and got practical application.In this paper,the cutting parameters of high-speed steel cutting tools are optimized,and a unique 4-edge cutting tool system is designed,which has the function of adjusting radial radius.The surface accuracy of circular groove of deep-sea drill collar oil block can reach Ra0.8,and it has the function of following.Through experimental comparison,it can achieve high precision and high efficiency when processing titanium alloy,and at the same time produce small residual stress,which greatly reduces the cost of enterprises and improves profits.
