摘 要:高速加工中心在加工过程中因刀具发热与主轴前端锥孔冷焊接、操作员违规、程序出错等异常情况使得刀具很难卸载。针对高速加工中心HSK工具系统非正常情况下卸刀问题开展研究,对卸刀装置的强度和可靠性进行计算,利用CAD/CAE软件结合完成卸刀装置设计,绘制了零件图,完成了卸刀装置加工,并对该装置进行了现场试验。通过该装置使用,能有效保护刀具,节省非正常情况下卸刀操作时间,降低企业的生产成本,提高加工效率。High speed machining center in the process of processing makes it difficult to unload the tool,because of tool heating and spindle front cone hole cold welding,operator violations,program errors and other anomalies.Research was carried out on the tool unloading problem of HSK tool system in high-speed machining center under abnormal conditions.The strength and reliability of the tool unloading device were calculated.The design of the tool unloading device was completed by using CAD/CAE software,and the part drawings were drawn.Through the use of this device,the tool can be effectively protected,save the operation time of tool unloading under abnormal conditions,reduce the production cost of enterprises,and improve the processing efficiency.
