摘　　要：大部分轮胎公司在炼胶过程中,都对炭黑或油品等原材料进行了过滤,但对于已经炼完的胶料或后段返回的胶料很少过滤。这部分胶料如含有异物,对轮胎的品质将产生很大的影响。我们根据现场情况和工艺技术要求,在密炼车间增设了胶料过滤生产线,对炼完的胶料或后段返回的胶料进行过滤,特别是轮胎部件环带所用的529胶料进行过滤。不仅减少了报废,节约了成本,而且提升了轮胎品质,提高了OE客户满意度。Most tire companies filter raw materials such as carbon black or oil,but rarely filter processed compounds.If this part of the rubber contains foreign matter,it will have a great impact on the quality of the tire.According to the site conditions and technical requirements,we have added a rubber compound filtration production line in the internal mixing workshop to filter the finished compound or the return compound,especially the 529 compound used in tire belts.It not only reduces scrap and saves costs,but also improves tire quality and improves OE customer satisfaction.
