摘  要:本文主要研究了活性氧化锌在子午线轮胎胎面胶料配方中的应用。结果表明:活性氧化锌(环保型)NC105等量替代间接法氧化锌应用在子午线轮胎胎面胶配方中,胶料在密炼、部件压出及轮胎成型等过程工序生产稳定、无异常,胶料各项检测数据与间接法氧化锌生产配方无明显差异,生产的轮胎成品性能满足国标;正向改善方面:①从胶料测试分析可以看出耐磨性提升约5%;②从环保角度考虑,锌含量可减少30%以上,可有效降低轮胎中重金属的含量,对环境有正向作用,可有效的应对欧盟法规。This paper mainly studies the application of active zinc oxide in the compound formulation of radial tire tread.The results show that when the same amount of activated zinc oxide(environmentally friendly)NC105 was used in the tread compound of radial tires,the compound can be produced stably and without abnormality in the processes of inner mixing,part extrusion and tire building.There is no obvious difference between the test data of the rubber compound and the production formula of zinc oxide by the indirect method,and the finished tire performance meets the national standard.The positive improvement is as follows:from the test analysis of the rubber compound,it can be seen that the wear resistance was increased by about 5%;From the perspective of environmental protection,the zinc content can be reduced by more than 30%,which can effectively reduce the content of heavy metals in tires,has a positive effect on the environment,and can effectively respond to EU regulations.
