摘　　要：介绍新型鼓式斜交胎帘布筒成型机的研发。与传统的斜交胎帘布筒成型机相比,实现了特薄胶料供料架输送、帘布自动反转、胶料直接在输送带上裁断、成型鼓智能贴合、薄胶料滚压不起泡不打折、成型好的帘布筒自动卸下的功能。This paper introduces the research and development of a new drum type bias tire cord drum building machine.Compared with the traditional bias tire cord drum building machine,the new machine realizes the following functions:feeding rack conveying of ultra-thin rubber,automatic reversal of cord,cutting of rubber on conveyor belt,intelligent fitting of forming drum,The forming cord drum is automatically unloaded,etc.
