摘　　要：李永峰教授认为颞颌关节功能紊乱的病机总属筋节不利、气血不畅,经络辨证与手足阳明经、手足少阳经、手太阳小肠相关,治疗以经筋结聚点为主,运用合谷刺开结散聚、通经散结,临床中每获良效。Professor LI Yongfeng believes that the pathogenesis of temporomandibular joint dysfunction always belongs to disadvantageous tendons and poor Qi and blood.The syndrome of meridians and collaterals is related to the Yangming meridians of hands and feet,Shaoyang meridians of hands and feet and the small intestine of hands and feet.The treatment is mainly based on the gathering points of meridians and tendons,and the use of Hegu needling to open the knot and disperse the stasis,dredge the meridians and disperse the knot.Good effect is obtained in clinic.
