从“玄府郁闭”辨治系统性硬化症的理论探讨

摘　　要：系统性硬化症(systemic sclerosis,SSc)属于中医“皮痹”“肌痹”“脏腑痹”等痹症范畴,根据SSc发病的致病因素、病变部位、临床表现,可以认为“玄府郁闭”是本病的主要病机,故以辛通走窜之风药,通过发汗解表,通达阳气;宣通气液,行津化痰;升阳胜湿,助脾运化;活血行痹,通络散瘀;通窍启闭,开阖神机,可发挥宣通畅达玄府通道作用。基于“玄府郁闭”的病机特点,以风药宣通玄府,对于有效延缓SSc病程进展,防止或减轻多系统内脏损伤,具有一定的方法学指导价值。Systemic sclerosis(SSc)belongs to the category of“skin arthralgia”“muscle arthralgia”and“visceral arthralgia”in traditional Chinese medicine.According to the pathogenic factors,disease location and clinical manifestations of SSc,it can be considered that“Xuanfu depression blocking”is the main pathogenesis of the disease.Therefore,it uses wind medicine to relieve the surface through sweating and reach Yang Qi;Xuantong Qi and fluid,promoting fluid circulation and removing phlegm;Ascending Yang to resolving dampness and helps the spleen transport and transform;Promoting blood circulation,promoting arthralgia,dredging collaterals and dispersing blood stasis;The opening and closing of the orifices and the opening and closing of the Shen activity can play the role of a channel for publicizing and reaching the Xuanfu.Based on the pathogenesis characteristics of“Xuanfu depression blocking”,Xuanfu is publicized with wind medicine,which has a certain methodological guiding value for effectively delaying the progression of SSc and preventing or reducing multisystem visceral injury.
