摘 要:针对卷烟生产流程复杂、约束繁多和动态调度等特点,提出一种集成产能过滤算法与仿真技术应用的优化框架,并将该框架成功应用于实际卷烟生产系统中。该框架根据车间基于无限产能的日产出计划,充分考虑在制品堆积及车间有限产能,提出使用产能过滤算法(CFA)对整个生产过程进行产能平衡,获得车间最优订单发布计划;将订单发布计划作为生产系统仿真分析模型的输入,对比分析不同的动态调度策略并选择最优策略实施产线动态调度;最后,通过卷烟车间生产实例验证了该框架的高效性。Aiming at the complicated production process,numerous constraints and dynamic scheduling characteristic in the cigarette production,an optimization framework based on simulation integrated capacity filtering algorithm was proposed and successfully applied in a real-world cigarette production system.In this framework,by considering the Work In Process(WIP)and limited production capacity,the Capacity Filtering Algorithm(CFA)was used for the first time to balance the capacity of the entire production process.Thus,the optimal order release plan of the manufacturing could be obtained.The order release plan was considered as the input of the cigarette production simulation model to compare the different dynamic scheduling strategies,and the optimal strategy was selected for this dynamic scheduling problem.A real-world cigarette production scheduling experiment was performed to examine the performance of the proposed framework,and the results indicated that the proposed framework outperformed against the compared methods.
