摘  要:青海省境内耕地大多分布在高山峡谷地带、高程跨度大,耕地面积分布不均且相对零散,短时间内获取、制作全省耕地影像数据难度大。详细阐述了高原地区耕地影像获取的航摄方法,并对影像获取、像控点布设与测量等关键环节进行了优化设计。在数据处理方面采用了新技术以满足高原地区耕地影像快速制作的需求,为高海拔复杂区域影像获取与数据处理提供了一套行之有效的方法。Most of the cultivated land in Qinghai Province is distributed in high mountains and canyons with large elevation span, and the cultivated land area is uneven and relatively scattered. It is difficult to obtain and produce cultivated land image data of the whole province in a short time. The aerial photographing method of cultivated land image acquisition in plateau area was described in detail, and the key links such as image acquisition, image control point layout and measurement were optimized. In the aspect of data processing, new technology was adopted to meet the needs of rapid cultivated land image production in plateau area, which provides a set of effective methods for image acquisition and data processing in high altitude and complex areas.
