摘　　要：农村地籍与房屋成果应用是当前研究的热点。利用无人机倾斜摄影技术、3DGIS技术设计并实现了基于倾斜实景三维建模的农村地籍与房屋三维实景管理分析系统。将无人机倾斜摄影三维实景模型和农村地籍与房屋调查数据进行叠加,实现三维可视化,同时实现数据查询与分析、报表输出、模型单体化等功能,以期为农村房地一体登记、宅基地、房屋流转等政府管理决策提供参考。The application of rural cadastre and housing achievements is one of the current research hotspots. This paper proposed a system design and implementation to integrate rural cadastre and housing based on oblique live-action 3D, superpose rural cadastre and housing survey data to achieve 3D visualization based on unmanned aerial vehicle oblique photography 3D live-action model, and implement the functions such as data query and analysis, report output and model monomerization, so as to provide references for government management decision-making in integrated registration of homestead and housing in rural areas, homestead and housing circulation.
