摘  要:现代测绘基准包括大地坐标基准和高程基准,是一个国家或地区经济建设和社会发展的基本设施。粤港澳大湾区测绘基准建设项目充分利用新联测的大地控制网和已有的市级高程异常控制点等成果,通过对全域的GNSS联测以及在肇庆地区的水准测量,建立了大湾区统一的现代大地控制网和陆海统一的高精度似大地水准面模型。经检验,该模型的内、外符合精度分别为1.0 cm和1.7 cm。该项目的实施实现了粤港澳大湾区大地基准和高程基准的统一,并与已有广东CORS服务系统共同构建了三维实时动态的高精度基准服务,有助于粤港澳大湾区国家发展战略的实施。Modern surveying and mapping datum, including geodetic datum and height datum, is a basic infrastructure for economic construction and social development of a country or region. In the Surveying and Mapping Datum Construction project for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA), a unified modern geodetic network was firstly constructed through global navigation satellite system(GNSS) measurement, and second order leveling of Zhaoqing region. Secondly, a high-precision quasi-geoid model, which covers the related GBA lands and sea areas, was determined by fully utilizing this network and the existing height anomaly control points of each city in the GBA. The check results show that the model inner precision is approximately 1.0 cm while the outer precision is approximately 1.7 cm. Through the project implementation, the GBA geodetic datum and height datum were unified, and 3D real-time dynamic high-precision datum service was established on the basis of the existing Guangdong CORS service system, which helps the GBA national development strategy implementation.
