摘  要:本文以霞石正长岩预脱硅渣为原料,采用烧结-溶出的方法进行铝、钾、钠的回收。在钙硅比n(CaO)/n(SiO_(2))=2,碱比n(Na_(2)O+K2O)/n(Al_(2)O_(3)+Fe_(2)O_(3))=1,烧结温度1300℃,时间0.5 h的综合条件下,可进行碱石灰烧结。烧结后的熟料磨至粒度60目左右,在液固比2∶1、温度80℃、时间40 min的条件下进行溶出,K_(2)O、Al_(2)O_(3)、Na_(2)O的溶出率可分别达到97.63%、86.94%、91.01%,为进一步实现铝、钾、钠的回收提供了便利。In this paper,nepheline syenite pre-desilication slag is used as raw material,and the recovery of aluminum,potassium and sodium is carried out by sintering-dissolution method.Soda lime sintering can be carried out under the comprehensive conditions of calcium-silicon ratio n(CaO)/n(SiO_(2))=2,alkali ratio n(Na_(2)O+K_(2)O)/n(Al_(2)O_(3)+Fe_(2)O_(3))=1,sintering temperature 1300℃,and time 0.5 h.The sintered clinker is ground to a particle size of about 60 mesh,and dissolved under the conditions of a liquid-solid ratio of 2∶1,a temperature of 80℃and a time of 40 min,the dissolution rates of K_(2)O,Al_(2)O_(3) and Na_(2)O can reach 97.63%,86.94% and 91.01%respectively,which provides convenience for further recovery of aluminum,potassium and sodium.
