摘 要:本研究采用氧化析出-升华精制-置换吸附工艺,从醋酸生产废液中回收碘和铑,考察了不同氧化剂对废液中碘的氧化析出效果、不同置换方式的置换效果和选定条件下的置换回收率。试验结果表明,以硝酸为氧化剂,通过升华精制可回收废液中69.86%~72.61%的碘,过滤液采用铁粉置换+活性炭吸附方式可富集回收废液中的铑,置换回收率保持在94.39%~99.94%,渣中铑的质量分数得到提高,介于2.45%~3.65%。In this study,the oxidative precipitation-sublimation refining-displacement adsorption process is used to recover iodine and rhodium from acetic acid production waste liquid,and the effect of different oxidants on the oxidative precipitation of iodine in waste liquid,the replacement effect of different replacement methods and the replacement recovery rate under selected conditions are investigated.The test results show that 69.86%~72.61%of iodine in the waste liquid can be recovered by sublimation refining with nitric acid as the oxidant,the filtrate adopts iron powder replacement+activated carbon adsorption to enrich and recover rhodium in the waste liquid,the replacement recovery rate is maintained at 94.39%~99.94%,and the mass fraction of rhodium in the slag is increased,which is maintained at 2.45%~3.65%.
