摘  要:火试金-重量法可用于测定锡精矿中金、银含量。锡精矿与熔剂混料高温熔融,还原出的铅捕集金、银等贵金属形成铅扣,其他杂质与熔剂生成易熔性的熔渣。由于熔渣的密度低于铅扣,铅扣极易分离出来。将铅扣灰吹,得到贵金属合粒,洗净合粒并称重。由于硝酸和银、合粒中残留的微量杂质互溶,可分离出金粒,称重以后即得金的质量。用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)测定分金液的杂质质量,合粒质量减去杂质及金粒质量之和,即得银的质量。金的相对标准偏差小于5%,加标回收率为98.1%~101.2%;银的相对标准偏差小于3%,加标回收率为99.3%~102.6%。此方法不仅快速,而且稳定精确,适用于锡精矿中金、银含量的测定。Fire assay-gravimetric method can be used to determine the content of gold and silver in tin concentrates.The tin concentrate and the flux are mixed and melted at high temperature,and the reduced lead captures precious metals such as gold and silver to form lead buttons,and other impurities and the flux form fusible slag.Since the density of the slag is lower than that of the lead button,the lead button is easily separated.The lead button ash is blown to obtain the precious metal composite particles,which are washed and weighed.Since nitric acid and silver and trace impurities remaining in the composite particles dissolve each other,the gold particles can be separated,and the quality of the gold can be obtained after weighing.The impurity quality of the gold separation liquid is determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometer(ICP-AES),and the quality of silver is obtained by subtracting the sum of impurities and gold particles from the mass of the combined particles.The relative standard deviation of gold is less than 5%,and the recovery rate of standard addition is 98.1%~101.2%;the relative standard deviation of silver is less than 3%,and the recovery rate of standard addition is 99.3%~102.6%.This method is not only fast,but also stable and accurate,and is suitable for the determination of gold and silver content in tin concentrates.
