摘 要:生活垃圾中,废塑料和生物质的混合不可避免。本研究利用热裂解-气相色谱质谱联用(Py-GC-MS)分析含氯废塑料PVC和生物质主要成分纤维素的混合热解,考察混合热解产物是否具有相互作用。试验结果表明,PVC与纤维素1∶1混合热解,会产生非常显著的相互作用,其中芳香烃(苯、联苯、萘、茚)产量显著增加,含氧化合物酸、醛、醇产量大幅度减少,最显著的相互作用产物是甲苯、取代基苯、取代基萘、萘酮、茚、取代基联苯。可能原理是氯元素在前期以小分子HCl的形式脱除,在HCl的催化作用下,剩下的碳链非常活泼,与纤维素热解中间产物发生双烯加成反应而产生芳香烃,进一步环化生产茚和萘等多环芳香烃。In domestic waste,the mixing of waste plastics and biomass is inevitable.In this study,pyrolysis-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(Py-GC-MS)is used to analyze the co-pyrolysis of waste chlorine-containing plastic PVC and cellulose,which is the main component of biomass,so as to investigate whether the co-pyrolysis products have interactions.The test results show that the 1∶1 co-pyrolysis of PVC and cellulose will produce a very significant interaction,among them,the production of aromatic hydrocarbons(benzene,biphenyl,naphthalene,and indene)increase significantly,and the production of oxygenated compounds,acids,aldehydes,and alcohols decrease significantly,and the most significant interaction products are toluene,substituted benzene,substituted naphthalene,naphthone,indene and substituted biphenyl.The possible principle is that chlorine element is removed in the form of small molecule HCl in the early stage,under the catalysis of HCl,the remaining carbon chain is very active,and undergoes diene addition reaction with cellulose pyrolysis intermediates to produce aromatic hydrocarbons,which are further cyclized to produce polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons such as indene and naphthalene.
