平陆县大河庙水库调度规程分析

摘　　要：大河庙水库是一座以防洪、供水及农业灌溉为主要功能的小(1)型水库。水库防洪调度的主要任务是:调蓄洪水,以保证枢纽工程安全度汛,保障下游3个村庄、1500人、80 hm^(2)耕地的防洪安全,保障东沿河公路、平曹公路(平陆县城至曹川镇)两条交通干线和关窑煤矿等企业的防洪安全。水库供水调度的主要任务是:保障平陆县三门镇及圣人涧镇2万人口饮用水及大河庙灌区1400 hm^(2)农田灌溉需求。Dahemiao Reservoir is a small(1)type reservoir with flood control,water supply and agricultural irrigation as its main functions.The main tasks of reservoir flood control dispatching are to regulate and store floods,ensuring the safety of the pivot project during flood season,ensuring the flood control safety of 3 downstream villages,1500 people and 80 hm^(2) of arable land,and ensuring the flood control safety of the two highway traffic lines of Dongyanhe Highway and Pingcao Highway(from Pinglu County to Caochuan Town)and the Guanyao Coal Mine and other enterprises.The main tasks of reservoir water supply dispatching are to ensure the drinking water demand of 20000 people in Sanmen Town and Shengrenjian Town of Pinglu County and the irrigation needs of 1400 hm^(2) farmland in Dahemiao Irrigation Area.
