摘 要:为研究大佛寺煤矿采空区瓦斯对煤氧化特性的影响,本文采用吸附常数测定、C80微量热仪和程序升温对长焰煤进行测试,研究长焰煤的吸附、热效应以及指标气体特征。研究发现,长焰煤对气体的吸附能力排序为CH_(4)>N_(2)>O_(2),煤对不同气体的吸附能力随压力增加而增大,单位体积分子数量越多,越容易被吸附;C80微量热仪测定结果表明,随着温度升高,热流先降低后快速增加,瓦斯对低温氧化放热量有抑制作用,随着瓦斯浓度增加,煤对瓦斯的吸附能力高于O_(2),可以有效减缓煤氧复合反应;随着瓦斯浓度升高,CO与CO_(2)产生量、耗氧速率均持续降低,但煤的表观活化能逐渐增加。In order to study the effect of gas on coal oxidation characteristics in the goaf of Dafosi Coal Mine,this paper uses adsorption constant measurement,C80 microcalorimeter and temperature programming to test long-flame coal,and studies the adsorption,thermal effect and indicator gas characteristics of long-flame coal.The study finds that the adsorption capacity of long-flame coal to gas is in the order of CH_(4)>N_(2)>O_(2),the adsorption capacity of coal for different gases increases with the increase of pressure,and the more molecules per unit volume,the easier it is to be adsorbed;the measurement results of C80 microcalorimeter show that with the increase of temperature,the heat flow first decreases and then increases rapidly,gas has an inhibitory effect on the heat release of low temperature oxidation,with the increase of gas concentration,the adsorption capacity of coal for gas is higher than that of O_(2),which can effectively slow down the coal-oxygen recombination reaction;with the increase of gas concentration,the production of CO and CO_(2) and the rate of oxygen consumption continue to decrease,but the apparent activation energy of coal increases gradually.
