摘  要:本文介绍两种垃圾与污泥协同焚烧的工艺路线——掺烧干化污泥和掺烧低温炭化污泥,重点讨论掺烧10%干化污泥的焚烧锅炉燃烧特性和掺烧10%低温炭化污泥的焚烧锅炉燃烧特性。分析发现,垃圾掺烧污泥后,锅炉蒸发量减少,炉渣量和飞灰量增加,锅炉出口SO_(x)、NO_(x)污染物浓度增大;与干化污泥相比,掺烧低温炭化污泥的锅炉蒸发量减少约2.1%,炉渣和飞灰均增加约3.2%,SO_(x)污染物浓度下降约15.3%,NO_(x)污染物浓度下降约4.0%,运行能耗减少约51.6%,平均吨物料发电量降低2%。结果表明,垃圾焚烧厂协同焚烧低温炭化污泥的优势明显,其具有重要的市场应用价值。This paper introduces two process routes of co-incineration of waste and sludge,namely co-incineration of dry sludge and co-incineration of low-temperature carbonized sludge,and focuses on the combustion characteristics of the incineration boiler mixed with 10% dry sludge and the combustion characteristics of the incineration boiler mixed with 10% low temperature carbonized sludge.The analysis finds that after the waste is mixed with the sludge,the boiler evaporation decreases,the slag and fly ash increase,and the SO_(x) and NO_(x) pollutant concentrations at the boiler outlet increase;compared with the dried sludge,the evaporation of the boiler mixed with low-temperature carbonized sludge decreases by about 2.1%,and the slag and fly ash are both increased by about 3.2%,the concentration of SO_(x) pollutants decreases by about 15.3%,the concentration of NO_(x) pollutants decreases by about 4.0%,the operating energy consumption decreases by about 51.6%,and the average power generation per ton of materials decreases by 2%.The results show that the advantages of co-incineration of low-temperature carbonized sludge in waste incineration plants are obvious,and it has important market application value.
