摘  要:城市生态环境关系到居民生活质量。本文以某城市为例,构建城市生态环境质量评价体系,采用层次分析法与模糊综合评价法进行城市生态环境质量评价。该体系一级指标有4个,分别为自然环境、社会方面、经济方面和政策方面,二级指标有21个。按照层次分析法计算步骤可得,一级指标中,社会方面影响最大,权重为0.342,其次为自然环境,权重为0.316。从二级指标来看,自然环境方面,废气影响最大,权重为0.238;社会方面,人均GDP影响最大,权重为0.207;经济方面,住房补贴影响最大,权重为0.312;政策方面,政策完善影响最大,权重为0.667。复合权重方面,影响最大的为政策完善,权重为0.1007,其次为废气,权重为0.0752。经综合评价,该城市生态环境质量处于中等水平。The urban ecological environment is related to the quality of life of residents.Taking a city as an example,this paper constructs an urban ecological environment quality evaluation system,and uses the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the urban ecological environment quality.There are 4 first-level indicators in the system,namely natural environment,social aspects,economic aspects and policy aspects,and 21 second-level indicators.According to the calculation steps of the analytic hierarchy process,it can be obtained that among the first-level indicators,the social aspect has the greatest impact,with a weight of 0.342,followed by the natural environment,with a weight of 0.316.From the perspective of secondary indicators,in terms of natural environment,the exhaust gas has the greatest impact,with a weight of 0.238;in terms of society,per capita GDP has the greatest impact,with a weight of 0.207;in terms of economy,housing subsidies have the greatest impact,with a weight of 0.312;in terms of policy,policy improvement has the greatest impact,with a weight of 0.667.In terms of composite weight,the most influential is policy improvement,with a weight of 0.1007,followed by exhaust gas,with a weight of 0.0752.After a comprehensive evaluation,the quality of the city’s ecological environment is at a medium level.
