摘　　要：针对储热式电热暖手器监督抽查发现常见不合格项目,结合GB 4706.1-2005,GB 4706.99-2009标准,对不合格项目标准要求内容、不合格现象进行了阐述,并对不合格项目产生的潜在危害以及成因进行了分析、探讨。In view of the common unqualified items found in the supervision and spot check of the thermal storage hand warmer,the contents of the standard requirements and the unqualified phenomena of the unqualified items are described in combination with the GB 4706.1-2005 and GB 4706.99-2009 standards,and the potential hazards and causes of the unqualified items are analyzed and discussed.
