摘　　要：“医疗纠纷调解程序的再启动”在客观上能够体现多元化纠纷解决机制的优势,但也可能增加医疗纠纷调解的社会成本,并可能不利于医疗纠纷的及时解决。鉴此,应从细化条文规定、应用前沿技术、普及法治观念和完善协同机制等予以应对。Objectively speaking,the restart of medical dispute mediation procedure gives prominence to the ad⁃vantage of diversified dispute resolution mechanism,while it may increase its social cost and make medical dispute unable to be resolved in time.In view of this,countermeasures should be taken from the following aspects:refining regulations,applying cutting-edge technology,popularizing the concept of rule of law and improving the coordina⁃tion mechanism.
